Our client, a leading multinational automotive company, is seeking a proactive, energetic, and customer-driven Product Specialist to join their dynamic team. Job Responsibilities

Greet and engage walk-in customers to ensure a welcoming and positive experience.

Boost sales through exceptional service, solid product knowledge, and proactive promotion.

Execute daily operational procedures to fulfil customer expectations and support brand goals.

Provide customers with accurate details on products and available EV incentives.

Oversee the entire sales process from prospecting, following up, maintaining pipelines, to closing deals.

Gather leads, schedule test drives, and qualify potential buyers effectively.

Keep the CRM system updated with accurate information on leads, sales progress, and deliveries.

Capture and share engaging content on social media such as customer testimonials, car handovers, events, and behind-the-scenes moments.

Produce eye-catching short videos and lifestyle content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.

Interact with online followers and respond to comments or inquiries when needed.

Qualifications & Experiences Needed

Diploma or Degree holders preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Prior experience in customer service is an added advantage.

Energetic, positive, and passionate about the evolving personal transportation and EV industry.

Highly self-driven, organised, and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.

Able to multitask, prioritise effectively, and meet crucial business deadlines.

Upholds integrity in sales practices and demonstrates strong performance motivation.

A dependable team player who values collaboration and teamwork.

Strong communication skills in both English and the local language.

Open to candidates from non-automotive backgrounds

Strong command of English is required

Must be confident in product presentations and have excellent communication skills

Compensation: RM1,850 basic + RM1,050 fixed allowance every month + Guaranteed high commission for first three months. Total Package - Up to RM 5,000

Additional earning potential through volume incentives and body commission
