Job Description:

  • Assist in processing and validating incentive pay data for accuracy.
  • Support the administration of incentive compensation plans, ensuring compliance with policies.
  • Help review and reconcile incentive payout discrepancies.
  • Assist in documenting incentive pay policies and procedures.
  • Support compliance checks to ensure incentive structures align with company guidelines.
  • Contribute to process automation and efficiency improvements.
  • Work closely with HR, Finance, and Sales teams to understand compensation structures.
  • We are looking for a candidate who is available to commence the internship in May.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Business, HR, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, basic modeling).
  • Exposure to data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
