Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Lead (Bus) position located in Klang. The Sales Lead will be responsible for driving sales of MAN buses and related services, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and identifying new business opportunities. Key responsibilities include overseeing sales strategies, providing training and guidance to the sales team, ensuring customer satisfaction, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with management to achieve performance targets.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or its equivalent in the Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing or related field
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management within the automotive or transportation industry
• Application of sales IT systems (i.e Salesforce SAP)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a goal-oriented mindset
• Knowledge of bus industry trends and experience with intelligent or sustainable transport solutions is a plus
