Job Description

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and market growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and alignment with company objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to optimize sales processes and campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all sales activities.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and retention through outstanding service delivery.

The Successful Applicant

  • 6-10+ years of experience in Modern Trade/ Key Account Management within FMCG or alcohol/ beverages.
  • Proven track record managing national chains and delivering strong growth outcomes.
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience in TTA negotiations, JBP, and trade spend management.
  • Experience working with premium brands or within the alcohol category is highly advantageous.
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Leadership experience, or readiness to step into a team lead role.
