The Successful Applicant
- 6-10+ years of experience in Modern Trade/ Key Account Management within FMCG or alcohol/ beverages.
- Proven track record managing national chains and delivering strong growth outcomes.
- Strong commercial mindset with experience in TTA negotiations, JBP, and trade spend management.
- Experience working with premium brands or within the alcohol category is highly advantageous.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Leadership experience, or readiness to step into a team lead role.
