Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Lead / Senior Account Manager to drive the growth of our Healthcare IT and AI solutions business. This role is ideal for ambitious sales professionals who are passionate about healthcare technology, thrive in a performance-driven environment, and are motivated by attractive incentive opportunities.

You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing strategic customer relationships, and expanding our footprint across hospitals, healthcare groups, and government healthcare institutions. Working closely with our technical, clinical, and project teams, you will help healthcare providers adopt innovative digital solutions that improve patient care and operational efficiency.

We have two positions available:

  • Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur)
  • Indonesia (Jakarta)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth for Healthcare IT, Digital Health, PACS, AI, Clinical Informatics, and related healthcare technology solutions.
  • Identify, develop and close new business opportunities within hospitals, healthcare groups, government agencies, and private healthcare providers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including hospital management, clinicians, radiologists, IT teams and procurement stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Lead customer presentations, solution demonstrations, proposal development and commercial negotiations.
  • Work closely with product specialists, implementation teams and principals to deliver successful customer outcomes.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activities and emerging healthcare technologies to identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to building a high-performance sales culture.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or commercial roles within Healthcare, Medical Devices, Healthcare IT, Enterprise Software, or Technology industries.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong hunting mentality with the ability to develop new accounts and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Experience selling complex solutions or consultative solutions is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to engage with senior healthcare stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Experience in Healthcare IT, IT Hardware, Medical Imaging, PACS, AI, Clinical Systems or Hospital Information Systems will be an added advantage.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
