Position Title: Associate, Sales Operations Management Team
Employment Type: Full-time
The Associate, Sales Operations Management Team is responsible in managing the processing of sales orders but not limited to planning, leading, organizing, and establishing controls in the fulfillment of these sales orders to ensure on time and in full delivery of all customer orders across the URC supply network and across all customers served by Global Exports.
What are the Job Responsibilities
- Manage processing of all customer orders across the region and communication with Regional Sales and Regional Supply Chain.
- Liaise between Regional Sales and Regional Supply Chain (Planning and Logistics) on the stock situation, stock prioritization and loadability concerns of the customers.
- Manage order configuration, recommending products to load based on stocks made available and layout shipment plan.
- Coordinates the loading and shipment schedules with Regional Sales and Regional Supply Chain of each URC supply network.
- Facilitate and lead order backlog updating with Regional Sales and Supply Chain Planning to minimize bad order exposure.
- Manage the maintenance set-up of customer on product requirements in system to ensure output of product is compliant to customer requirements.
- Produce regular and ad-hoc reports to support Sales and Operations needs for any business analysis.
- Ensure compliance to all company and business policies and administer all open sales order and ensure appropriate order flow.
- Perform troubleshoot on all sales orders and assist to identify and execute various enhancement to all management process.
- Responsible for 100% of Global Exports order processing and shipment scheduling across URC's supply network.
What are the Qualifications
- A graduate of any business course with 1 year of work-related experience in Order Management/Sales Operation Support.
- Strong time management, self-reliant, highly motivated and proactive mindset.
- Results- driven and must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skill.
- Knowledge in SAP a plus.
- Candidate must be willing to work in Klang, Selangor.
