Job Description

Job Title: Client Partner / Sales Manager

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Experience Required: 38 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

  • Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key clients, building strong long-term relationships.
  • Understand clients business goals, industry challenges, and competitive landscape.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing new business deals.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, revenue projections, and pipeline performance reports.
  • Team Collaboration
  • Collaborate with client servicing, creative, and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Align internal teams and clients to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Mentor and guide junior account executives or associates when required.
  • Market & Industry Insight
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Adapt strategies proactively based on market shifts.
  • Represent the organization at networking events, conferences, and client meetings

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 38 years of experience in client management, business development, or sales roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities.
  • Experience in digital marketing, media, advertising, or technology industries (preferred).

Candidate Requirements

  • Must be a Malaysian citizen or resident currently based in Malaysia.
  • Willing to work from the office (Kuala Lumpur).
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
