Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Kota Kinabalu. The Sales Manager will lead, motivate, and manage a sales team to achieve organizational targets while developing and implementing sales strategies. Daily responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, nurturing client relationships, maintaining consistent sales performance, and collaborating with other departments to align goals. Additionally, the role demands providing market insights and delivering client presentations to drive revenue generation and growth.

  • Proficiency in relevant tools, including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in banking or financial services is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
