About the Job

Looking for a self-driven Beverage Sales Manager/Assistant Manager whosupport sales growth and client retention by managing administrative tasks, coordinating internal terms, and ensuring smooth service delivery. You will act as the main liaison for strategic accounts while tracking sales performance, managing trade spend, and supporting account plans to drive customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing key accounts to achieve sales targets, distribution goals, and KPIs, including handling outstation clients (cover Malaysia market)
  • Monitor and analyze individual sales performance, forecasts, and promotional effectiveness against targets.
  • Prepare sales reports, post-promotion evaluations, and business reviews for internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers on operational matters, including orders, deliveries, pricing, and promotions.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Demand Planning, and Customer Service to ensure smooth execution.
  • Manage and resolve trade-related issues such as claims, returns, shortages, and pricing discrepancies.
  • Handle trade and commercial administration, including preparing proposals, costing, contracts, and tracking trade spend and budget utilization.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales support, key account management, or commercial operations
  • Someone with knowledge in beverages and coffee machine and been dealing with customers / clients for the same purposes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, forecasts, and promotional performance.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships and work with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
  • Willing to travel occasionally or handle outstation accounts, if required.
