Job description:
On a day to day basis, has to plan and submit the daily plan (which client to meet up/appointment itineries) at 10 a.m. in the morning.
Follow the plan and itinery, attend appointments with clients and lead to projects and collaborations for business development regarding auto parts.
Cold-calling and identify potential clients to lead to appointments and further sales leads.
Present and promote products to client groups.
Prepare quotations and samples to clients.
Maintain existing accounts relationship and foster long term collaboration while developing new accounts in the market.
Meet monthly KPI of RM 100k to RM120k.
Requirements:
The candidate shall possess 2 years or more of sales experience in motor hardware/spare parts, preferably in retail shop, where there are walk-in customers.
Mandarin speaker. As need to deal with 3 races of clients.
Need to possess own transportation to travel and meet clients.
Willing to be assigned outstation for 2 weeks
Good eloquence and fluency, need to be good in leading and persuasive in speaking.
Benefits:
Commission of RM3,000 for top performer and below RM 1,000 for average performer. Variable commission.
Car allowance and petrol subsidy up to RM800.
Note:
Need to report to Bukit Mertajam HQ once per month.
