Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the branch showroom
Managing the sales team, developing marketing strategies, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and manufacturers
Ensure every customer receives exceptional service and a seamless buying experience.
Surpassing sales targets
Hiring, training, and managing team of sales advisors and admin
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
Maintain relationships with principal company and stay updated on product launches and market trends
Candidate Requirements
Candidate with sales & managerial / supervisory experience in an authorized car dealership with a sales volume of around 100 units monthly is preferred
Only candidates with relevant and related experience in automotive sales will be considered
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Proven leadership and team management skills
Strong understanding of automotive sales cycles and customer buying behavior
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership management systems
High degree of professionalism and a customer-centric attitude
Knowledge of local automotive market and competitor activity
Willing & able to travel interstate from time to time as and when needed
