My client is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead their sales operations in Selangor. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in driving business growth and managing high-performing teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and align with company objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the local sales team to meet individual and team KPIs.
- Monitor and report on key metrics, including sales performance and customer satisfaction, to senior management.
- Drive continuous business growth and team expansion in the region.
- Analyze market trends, identify customer needs, and capture market opportunities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through responsive and effective service.
- Support global account strategies by coordinating with cross-regional teams.
- Handle ad hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma with minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in manufacturing or raw materials or B2B Industrial sales.
- Background in premium product sales is an advantage.
- Proven experience in managing a sales team.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and responsible.
- Willingness to travel within Malaysia.
- Good computer literacy (MS Excel, PowerPoint).
