Sales Planning & Activities
- Promote, introduce and market a range of Tokio Marine's life-insurance products to Bank's
customer (including Whole Life Plan, Endowment Plan, Medical Plan and Investment Linked
Plan)
- Plan and strategize sales activities and participate in roadshows/ campaigns organized by
Bank/Region
Sales Management
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers to foster closer relationship and for referrals
- Develop clientele networking list and records of existing Bank's customer and NTB
customers for acquisition and increase customer PHR
- Work closely with Branch Manager and Regional Sales Heads on sales activities, promotion
and campaigns
- Comply with CPD hours and to ensure completion rate of Customer Fact-Find (CFF) forms
- Compliance to Bank's policy, procedures and observe sales code of ethics
Staff Management
- Provide guidance and motivate PB Banca on prospecting to sales techniques and to coach
them for peak performance
- Periodic briefing and update on promotions, campaigns and products to PB Banca
