Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Manager at BMW Wheelcorp Premium. The Sales Manager will oversee and lead the sales team to achieve targets, develop and implement sales strategies, and maintain strong customer relationships. Key responsibilities include managing daily sales activities, analyzing market trends, training and mentoring sales staff, and driving initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction. Collaboration with other teams and adhering to company standards will be crucial to success in this role.

Qualifications

  • Sales and customer relationship management expertise, with a focus on driving revenue and exceeding targets
  • Team leadership and mentoring skills to guide, motivate, and develop the sales team
  • Market research and analysis experience to identify trends and opportunities
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and basic knowledge of automotive sales processes
  • Ability to work independently and remotely while meeting objectives
  • Experience in the automotive or luxury sectors is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
