About the role

Are you an experienced sales professional looking to take the next step in your career 

Black Dots Marketing Sdn Bhd is seeking an ambitious and driven Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Selangor. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
  2. Prospecting and qualifying new leads to build a robust sales pipeline
  3. Negotiating and closing sales contracts with new and existing clients
  4. Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
  5. Analysing sales data and providing regular reports to the management team
  6. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the account and relationship management industry
  2. Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales targets
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Proficient in the use of CRM software and data analysis tools
