I. Position Overview
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving BetAllys business growth by leading sales initiatives, managing client relationships, and supervising the sales team. This role requires a proactive professional who can establish strong networks, nurture partnerships, and lead both online and offline sales activities.
II. Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Networking
- Establish and expand professional networks across online and offline channels.
- Nurture relationships with potential clients, partners, and existing accounts to ensure long-term growth and retention.
- Participate in iGaming industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to strengthen BetAllys presence.
- Drive outreach efforts, including campaigns and direct engagement, to attract new leads.
- Represent BetAlly in social or informal settings with potential clients (e.g., coffee meetings, casual gatherings, networking dinners).
2. Sales Execution & Campaigns
- Lead sales-related activities across both digital and traditional channels.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to capture and convert potential opportunities.
- Oversee the planning and execution of company-hosted events or sales campaigns.
- Coordinate logistics and ensure successful implementation of events and marketing-driven activities.
3. Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Supervise and mentor Sales Executives to achieve individual and team KPIs.
- Monitor team performance regularly, providing coaching, guidance, and corrective action when necessary.
- Set clear sales targets, track progress, and prepare performance reports for management review.
- Foster a results-driven culture while ensuring collaboration and accountability within the sales team.
4. Client Relationship Management
- Ensure all client touchpoints reflect professionalism and BetAllys brand values.
- Build trust-based relationships to strengthen potential deals and enhance partner satisfaction.
- Act as an escalation point for client issues or negotiations requiring higher-level management involvement.
III. Performance Metrics (KPIs)
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Number of qualified leads generated and percentage converted into active clients/partners.
- Revenue Targets: Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales revenue goals.
- Client Retention: Rate of ongoing partner renewals and satisfaction scores.
- Outreach Activities: Number of networking events, client meetings (formal/informal), and campaigns executed.
- Team Performance: Achievement of individual Sales Executive KPIs and overall team targets.
- Pipeline Accuracy: Quality and accuracy of CRM data, including follow-ups, deal stages, and closure timelines.
- Event Management: Successful coordination and ROI from iGaming or company-hosted events.

- Proven track record in sales management, preferably within iGaming, betting, or online entertainment industries.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
