We're a leading international food company with a strong footprint across Malaysia, focused on building brands people trust and delivering consistent execution in-store. This role sits at the heart of commercial performance in East Malaysia, partnering closely with customers to win in both Modern Trade and General Trade.

Accountabilities

You'll lead sales execution and customer growth across East Malaysia, driving monthly KPIs, strengthening trade fundamentals (including the 5Ps) to deliver excellent in-store standards and sustainable results.

  • Drive sales performance: identify opportunities, close gaps, and consistently deliver monthly targets and KPIs.
  • Raise execution standards: embed trade fundamentals like healthy stock weight and the 5Ps to ensure strong visibility, availability, and promo discipline in line with national trade plans.
  • Build customers and activation pipeline: strengthen relationships with key customers, and identify outlets/ locations for activations and fairs to expand presence and sales.

Requirements

  • Preferably 5+ years of sales experience in Food/ FMCG industry, with proven exposure in Modern Trade (MT) and General Trade (GT).
  • Strong planning, analytical and execution discipline, with solid people leadership skills.
  • Based in Kuching or Kota Kinabalu. Able to travel to cover the region as required.
