Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager (Corporate) based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing relationships with corporate clients, creating and executing sales strategies, preparing proposals and contracts, and meeting sales targets. The role involves identifying business opportunities, building long-term partnerships, reporting on market trends, and working collaboratively with the hotel management team to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and business development expertise, including pitching, negotiating, and closing corporate deals
  • Proficiency in market research and generating actionable strategies aligned to trends
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with corporate stakeholders
  • Experience in hospitality, account management, or B2B sales, especially within a hotel or service-related industry
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills to drive team success and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic marketing tools
  • Understanding of regional business landscape and corporate sales operations is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
