Sales Manager - Corporate

Pullman Kuching is seeking an experienced Sales Manager - Corporate for a full-time on-site role based in Kuching. The Sales Manager - Corporate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate accounts, developing new business, building and maintaining strong business relationships, and planning and implementing sales strategies. The successful candidate will work closely with various departments of the hotel, including operations and marketing, to deliver exceptional service and generate revenue.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, sales, marketing or hospitality management is preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to generate revenue, build and maintain strong business relationships, and develop sales strategies
• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
