Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in the territory
  • Leverage your existing relationships within the cyber security industry to accelerate pipeline development and shorten sales cycles
  • Articulate the technical and commercial value of the company's solutions to both technical stakeholders (CTOs, Security Engineers) and business leaders (CEO, COO, CSO and CFOs)
  • Develop partnerships with regional distributors, system integrators, and technology alliance partners serving the cyber security industry
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, maintaining accurate forecasting and delivering against sales targets
  • Provide feedback on regional competitive dynamics, pricing sensitivity, and product-market fit to the management.
  • Conduct ongoing market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs
  • Represent the company professionally at networking events, industry conferences, and client engagements to strengthen brand presence
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on sales progress, pipeline status, forecasts, and key activities

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, IT or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of professional experience in sales or channel management, preferably within SaaS, computer software, cybersecurity industries or BFSI industry.
  • Strong understanding or hands-on experience in cybersecurity or other advanced technological solutions is a strong advantage.
  • Solid knowledge of business development, sales strategy, and sales operations processes.
  • Ability to communicate ideas clearly, logically, and persuasively across all levels.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with confidence in delivering presentations and engaging stakeholders.
  • Hunter mentality with demonstrated success in new logo acquisition and territory building from scratch
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver time-sensitive projects effectively.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and resilient — enjoys challenges, values growth, and isn't afraid to fail in pursuit of success.
