Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales and market entry strategies for foreign-owned and hyperscale data centers in Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia).
  • Identify and build senior-level relationships with key customers (e.g., Equinix, Digital Realty, NTT, STT GDC).
  • Drive solution-based sales by addressing customer pain points in energy efficiency, PUE, and ESG.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to contract signing.
  • Work closely with pre-sales, technical, and product teams to deliver customer success.
  • Maintain customer relationships, drive renewals, cross-selling, and ecosystem partnerships.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and provide market and competitor insights.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales or key account experience in data centers or related industries (HVAC, power, infrastructure).
  • Strong customer network and proven sales success in Southeast Asia.
  • Solid understanding of data center cooling and power systems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Solution/value-based selling mindset; self-driven and results-oriented.
