Develop and execute sales and market entry strategies for foreign-owned and hyperscale data centers in Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia).
Identify and build senior-level relationships with key customers (e.g., Equinix, Digital Realty, NTT, STT GDC).
Drive solution-based sales by addressing customer pain points in energy efficiency, PUE, and ESG.
Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to contract signing.
Work closely with pre-sales, technical, and product teams to deliver customer success.
Maintain customer relationships, drive renewals, cross-selling, and ecosystem partnerships.
Achieve or exceed sales targets and provide market and competitor insights.
Requirements
3+ years of B2B sales or key account experience in data centers or related industries (HVAC, power, infrastructure).
Strong customer network and proven sales success in Southeast Asia.
Solid understanding of data center cooling and power systems.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Solution/value-based selling mindset; self-driven and results-oriented.
