Job Responsibilities
1. Customer development and requirement mining
Develop customers in manufacturing, finance, Internet, government affairs, energy and other industries, especially enterprises with elastic IT manpower demand or digital transformation projects. Deeply understand the pain points of customers in system development, testing, operation and maintenance, project management, architecture consulting and other scenarios
2. IT outsourcing sales
Promote on-site/offshore/hybrid IT outsourcing cooperation, including positions such as development, testing, operations, data, and product. Coordinate with the HR and IT departments of the enterprise to complete sales loops such as personnel entry, renewal, and expansion.
3. Sales of IT solutions
Selling standardized/customized solutions, such as enterprise cloud deployment, operation and maintenance monitoring and automation, data center/BI, low code application building, etc., collaborating with pre-sales and architects to complete solution quotations POC、 Tender response.
4. IT project consulting and sales; Promote consulting service projects, including IT governance and compliance, system selection and integration consulting, digital transformation planning, technology debt assessment, etc. Establish professional trust relationships with senior decision-makers such as CIO, CTO, PMO, etc.
5. Full process sales management
Develop customer sales plans, complete contract negotiations, payment collection, renewal, and additional purchases. Track project delivery quality, drive customer satisfaction and referrals.
Job Requirements
1.More than 3 years of sales experience in IT services, software, solutions, or human resource outsourcing industry
2. Familiar with sales strategies for IT outsourcing, enterprise level IT solutions, IT consulting, or system integration projects.
3. Ability to independently visit IT decision-makers in large and medium-sized enterprises; Can understand the differences and combination sales logic between personnel outsourcing, project consulting, and solutions.
4. Language and cultural proficiency: Fluency in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing .
Bonus points:
1. Have IT technical background, project management or pre-sales experience
2. Have stable customer resources (human resources outsourcing or IT services)
