Job Description

Responsible for formulating and implementing sales strategies, expanding businessopportunities, enhancing the company's product market share and sales revenue,establishing and maintaining long-term stable cooperative relationships with customers, and ensuring the achievement of the company's sales and profit targets.

Key deliverable

1. Research and analyze market dynamics, industry trends, competitor situations, and target customer needs, combined with the characteristics and advantages of the company's products, develop comprehensive and feasible market sales strategies and annual sales plans, clarify key content such as sales goals, market positioning, and sales channel expansion directions, and provide clear direction guidance for the company's business development.

2. Regularly evaluate and adjust sales strategies and plans, optimize sales plans in a timely manner based on market changes, sales data feedback, and company strategic adjustments, to adapt to the constantly changing international market environment and ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of sales work.

3. Actively explore the markets, seek potential customers, establish connectionsthrough various channels (such as participating in national exhibitions, industry seminars, online marketing promotion, etc.), explore customer needs, promote company products and services, continuously expand customer base, and improve the company's product visibility and market share in the international market.

4. Conduct business negotiations with clients, develop reasonable sales plans and pricing strategies, ensure the achievement of sales contracts, and achieve sales targets. During the negotiation process, fully understand the customer's needs and concerns, flexibly respond to various negotiation situations, and maintain the company's interests and image.

5. Establish a comprehensive customer relationship management mechanism, regularly visit customers, understand their feedback after using products or services, promptly solve problems and complaints raised by customers, provide high-quality after-sales service, enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, promote repeat purchases and long-term cooperation.

6. Responsible for the daily management of sales, including coordination and monitoring of sales order processing, contract signing, shipment tracking, payment collection, etc., to ensure the smooth operation of the sales process, complete sales tasks on time, with quality and quantity, and ensure the timely return of company funds.

Essential Requirement

1.Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in international trade, marketingor engineering related fields.

2.A minimum of three yearssales experienceof elevator related services, withproven track record of hittingsuccessfultargetsin the elevator industry.

3.Proficient in business communication, negotiation, and writing various business documents.

4.Possess strong resilience and adaptability, able to cope with various challenges and unexpected situations in the complex and ever-changing international market environment, ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

5.Possess a strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, and self motivation, passionate about sales work, and strive for outstanding performance.

6.Possess good business ethics and professional conduct, be honest and trustworthy, and keep company trade secrets confidential.
