Job Description

Job Summary

The ideal candidate is responsible for leading end-to-end demand forecasting for key retail and wholesale customers, ensuring accurate supply planning and alignment with business objectives. This role drives CPFR and S&OP processes while working closely with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Sales, and Order Management to enable data-driven supply chain decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead demand planning for key accounts including Lowe's, Home Depot, Walmart, and Costco
  • Drive CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting & Replenishment) processes with customers
  • Prepare and facilitate S&OP meetings to align demand, supply, and inventory strategies
  • Manage PSI reporting and shipment forecasting by customer
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data integration
  • Analyze and manage slow-moving inventory and propose optimization strategies
  • Track forecast accuracy, sales performance, and promotional impact
  • Utilize forecasting systems and AI tools to improve planning efficiency
  • Support ad-hoc projects and strategic initiatives

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of relevant sales or demand planning experience, including 3+ years in leadership
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing sales processes and supply chain operations
  • Experience with cross-regional coordination (China–US / China–Malaysia preferred)
  • Background in industrial products (air compressors, vacuum cleaners, water pumps, cleaning equipment preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, Engineering, or related field
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Willing to travel and work in a factory-based environment
