  1. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
  2. Build relationships with new customer, cold call is required
  3. Explore, identify and grab business opportunities in market.
  4. ⁠Promote company solution and product by having regular visit to all stakeholder as well as participating in or organizing marketing events.
  5. Prepare presentation slide and present to all potential customers in the market. 6. ⁠Laise with stakeholder to secure projects
  6. Work with team members to generate project proposal, present to customers, conclude PO.
  7. Carry out tender exercise, spec-in, tender preparation, submission, technical clarification, price negotiation.
  8. understand and analyze the needs of the market and work closely with in house marketing team to conclude a right product at right price level in production development plan.
  9. Discuss and conclude sales strategy with superior.
  10. Prepare market report, sales report, forecast, progress report.
  11. Attend monthly sales meeting

Requirement:

  • With at least 8 years chiller and/or HPAC sales experience in manufacturer, for ex., Daikin, Trane, York, Carrier, Smardt, Dunhambush
  • presentable, talkative, outgoing
  • Read, write, speak in Mandarin is an advantage
  • Able to work under pressure
