What You Will Do
- Lead market research and develop strategic plans for assigned overseas markets
- Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with key international clients
- Manage project pipelines, including planning, reporting, and coordination
- Support contract negotiations, bidding processes, and agreement execution
- Collaborate on project delivery and assist with post-project payment collection
Who We Are Looking For
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, HVAC, refrigeration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience in the related field (HVAC, refrigeration, ventilation or building environment-related)
- Proven ability to independently achieve sales targets
- Willingness to undertake overseas assignments, frequent overseas travelling is required
Skills and Attributes
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and central air conditioning design
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Solid understanding of international markets and client needs
- Effective communication, negotiation, and cross-cultural skills
- Ability to mentor junior staff and deliver internal training
