Role Description

We are seeking a Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Sarawak, Malaysia. The Sales Manager will lead and oversee the sales team, develop and execute sales strategies, and manage key customer relationships. This role involves analyzing market trends, providing training and support to the sales team, ensuring sales targets are met, and contributing to overall business growth. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining strong partnerships within the automotive sector and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in Sales, Sales Management, or Business Development
  • Leadership and team management skills, with experience in training and mentoring sales teams
  • Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building skills
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends
  • Proficiency in creating and implementing strategic sales plans
  • Experience in the automotive industry or related field is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly motivated, result-oriented, and customer-focused
