- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including a proven track record in leading sales teams.

- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and business acumen capabilities.
- Willingness to be based in East Malaysia with regional travel requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to lead collaboratively and deliver consistent performance.
