Aufgabengebiet

  • Drive business growth across equipment, parts, and service sales.
  • Lead branch performance, including revenue targets, forecasting, and pipeline reviews.
  • Oversee commercial and operational activities to ensure alignment with company strategy.
  • Manage key customer relationships and ensure service excellence across pricing, delivery, and compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to financial controls, AR collections, company policies, and safety standards.
  • Identify new market opportunities, strategic accounts, and growth segments within the region.

Anforderungsprofil

  • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or Business.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including a proven track record in leading sales teams.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and drive results.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and business acumen capabilities.
  • Willingness to be based in East Malaysia with regional travel requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead collaboratively and deliver consistent performance.
