Aufgabengebiet

  • Drive end-to-end sales of premium woodworking machinery across assigned territories.
  • Conduct regular on-site client visits with manufacturers, distributors, and industrial customers.
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities while managing existing accounts.
  • Build and strengthen long-term relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver strong pre- and post-sales support.
  • Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback to leadership.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share and revenue.
  • Maintain strong commercial discipline around pricing, credit, and deal quality.

Anforderungsprofil

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, ideally within industrial or machinery sectors.
  • Proven track record in business development and managing key customer accounts.
  • Experience working with distributors or building sales networks is advantageous.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to close high-value deals.
  • Independent, driven, and comfortable working in a field-based role.
  • Strong communication skills with a professional and consultative approach.
  • Exposure to wood or manufacturing machinery is a strong advantage.
