The Successful Applicant
A Successful Sales Manager Should Have
- 5-10 years of sales experience in the electronic materials industry, preferably with leadership exposure.
- Strong technical background in electrotechnology, electronics, or engineering.
- In-depth knowledge of material and component technologies; experience with metal products for electronics is a plus.
- Proven success in sales, business development, and account management.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth.
- Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Effective problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
- Excellent communication in both English and Bahasa to engage with diverse teams and clients.
