Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager specialized in Medical Device Solutions, based in Subang Jaya. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by creating and implementing strategies to meet revenue goals, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, and identifying opportunities for business expansion. Additional responsibilities include leading client meetings, preparing proposals, participating in negotiations, and ensuring excellent customer support throughout the sales process. Monitoring market trends and keeping abreast of advancements in medical device solutions will also be key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales and business development for medical devices and healthcare solutions
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of Malaysia's healthcare sector, including experience working with government agencies such as KKM, JPA, or MOF, is a significant advantage
- Ability to conduct market analysis and develop effective sales strategies
- Team management abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Proficiency in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales documentation
- Relevant educational qualifications, such as a degree in business administration, healthcare management, or related fields
- Prior sales experience in ventilation, sleep therapy, oxygen therapy, or home monitoring solutions is highly desirable
