The Medical Devices Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, fostering customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Medical Devices Sales Manager will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to ensure optimal performance and achievement of individual and team goals.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, healthcare professionals, and institutions.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of our medical devices and stay updated on industry developments in women healthcare.
- Conduct training sessions for the sales team to ensure a comprehensive understanding of product features and benefits.
- Develop accurate sales forecasts and provide regular reports on sales performance.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align sales efforts with overall company objectives.
- Provide insights to support product enhancements and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- At least 5 years experience in Medical Devices Sales Management is required
- OT/case support experience is an added value
- Proven experience in medical device sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyse market trends and translate them into effective sales strategies.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance.
