Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Kota Kinabalu. The Sales Manager, Mortgage will oversee and drive the sales of mortgage products, develop and implement effective sales strategies, manage a team of sales professionals, and ensure achievement of sales targets. The role requires conducting market analysis, building and nurturing client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer solutions and satisfaction.

• Proven sales experience in the mortgage or financial services industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills to guide and motivate sales teams
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess market trends and deliver effective solutions
• Proficiency in sales planning and strategic thinking
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Knowledge of mortgage products, financial regulations, and industry best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in customer relationship management and client acquisition is an advantage
