Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role based in Petaling Jaya. The Sales Manager will oversee and lead the sales team, develop and implement sales strategies, and achieve business growth targets. Daily responsibilities include managing client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, conducting market research, and training and mentoring the sales team. The Sales Manager will also analyze performance metrics, forecast sales, and contribute to creating innovative strategies to expand the company's reach and impact in the insurance market.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and ability to achieve and surpass revenue targets
  • Leadership experience and proficiency in Team Management and Strategic Planning
  • Strong Communication and Negotiation skills to drive client engagement and close deals
  • Proficiency in Market Research and Analytics to support data-driven decision-making
  • Relevant experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
