Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to expand our presence within the manufacturing sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic customer relationships, and promoting our Industry 4.0 solutions, including automation systems, smart energy management, and equipment monitoring platforms.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology-driven solutions and enjoy helping customers solve operational challenges through innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the manufacturing sector.
  • Generate and qualify sales leads.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Understand customer operational challenges and business needs.
  • Promote automation, digitalization, and Industry 4.0 solutions.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Work closely with engineering and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular management reports.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales or business development experience.
  • Strong business development and account management skills.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to explain technical solutions in a business-focused manner.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable with client visits and travel within the region as required.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing, energy management, or industrial solutions is an advantage.
