Job Description
- Responsible for marketing, sales, growth, and gross profit of the assigned product portfolio or territory
- Ensure the realisation of goals together.
- Grow customer base.
- Look out for new distributorships to build on current businesses.
- Suggest R&D projects that could help with product development and positioning of the Business Unit.
- Manages performance through the development and implementation of targeted personnel performance management measures, including constant and efficient performance reviews, giving feedback, coaching, and counselling.
- Drives excellence by providing leadership in the attainment of goals.
The Successful Applicant
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Science / Pharmacy / Medical related subjects.
- At least 3-5 years in pharmaceutical/nutraceutical raw materials sales
- Experience in handling oversea pharmaceutical/nutraceutical raw materials suppliers and having established relationship with domestic pharmaceutical manufacturers.
- Required skill(s): independent, sales, communication skill, Able to Work Under Pressure and Meet Quota.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Possess a valid driving license & willing to travel extensively within Malaysia
- Computer literate
