Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager - Proactive, located in Sepang. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, developing and executing sales strategies, and achieving set sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales presentations, attending networking events, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional materials. The role also requires detailed reporting on sales activities and progress towards goals.

Your Role:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for rooms, events.
  • Conduct regular sales calls to clients and prospects.
  • Generate leads and convert them into bookings.
  • Build strong relationships with assigned Segment
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
  • Prepare reports and forecasts for management.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the Director of Sales / General Manager

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in hotel sales or hospitality management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly proactive, self-motivated, and target driven.
  • Malaysian citizen or permanent resident.
