Key Responsibilities
- Develop, agree, and execute annual business plans with customers; monitor and drive monthly and quarterly performance against targets.
- Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing strategies, contract terms, and conditions.
- Negotiate credit terms and ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
- Provide accurate demand, pricing, and payment forecasts on a monthly basis, with regular weekly updates.
- Identify and develop new customer opportunities in line with channel and marketing strategies.
- Monitor competitor pricing, market activities, and strategic movements to maintain competitive positioning.
- Manage key accounts through structured account planning, channel management strategies, and effective negotiations covering pricing, cash flow, and credit terms.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term customer relationships based on trust and value creation.
- Support tender project preparation, coordination, and commercial alignment.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 23 years of field sales experience in the PV industry, energy storage, or related new energy sectors.
- Prior experience managing key accounts in dynamic, fast-changing industries; experience in the Photovoltaic sector is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the PV market landscape, industry dynamics, and competitive environment.
- Technical knowledge of on-grid and off-grid PV systems, including BOS (Balance of System).
- Experience in tender project management, preparation, and coordination is an advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of the PV industry value chain and downstream influencers.

- Excellent proficiency in English is mandatory; Chinese language skills are a strong advantage.
