Campbell Malaysia is the Regional Hub for The Arnott's Group Asia Business Unit. Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, the organization leads the strategy & direction to ensure that The Arnott's Group has a geographical footprint across Total Asia.
Campbell Malaysia also supports the region by supplying locally manufactured and marketed brands such as Campbell's soup, Prego pasta sauces as well as Kimball & Cheong Chan sauces. Asia's extended range of consumer food brands also include TST, Swanson, GoodTime & Nyam Nyam.
They join TheArnott's Group's portfolio ofbrands like Aussie legends Tim Tam & Shapes as well as New Zealand's favorite Farm Bake Cookies to drive presence in Asia.
Position based in Sabah.
Key responsibilities
(a) Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Collaborate closely with Sales Executives to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
- Drive the achievement of KPIs in alignment with organizational goals.
- Ensure team members consistently meet their monthly targets.
(b) Operational Excellence:
- Implement and maintain fundamental practices, including healthy stock weight and the 5Ps (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, and People).
- Execute trade strategies in line with national plans to ensure excellence in trade execution.
(c) Team Support & Development:
- Assist team members in improving home shelf displays and exploring secondary display opportunities.
- Provide guidance and conduct regular reviews with team members
- Foster a strong, collaborative team environment to enhance performance and morale.
(d) Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and strengthen relationships with key customers to drive business growth.
- Explore and propose potential outlets for activations or fairs to increase market presence.
(e) Performance Monitoring & Improvement
- Conduct monthly meetings with operations to address and rectify any sales gaps.
- Oversee daily sales operations and manage the sales team effectively to ensure smooth functioning.
Job Specification
- More than > 5 years in sales field with working experience in MT & GT channel.
- Strong organizational, analytical, planning and people management skill.
- Able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese.
