About the Sales Manager SEA job:

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand customer footprints within the food and beverage industry across Southeast Asi
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships to maximize revenue growt
  • Lead, mentor, and coach a dynamic sales team to ensure high performance, alignment with company goals, and the development of key sales skill
  • Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, competitors, and customer needs, leveraging insights to inform strategy and offering
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management, directly contributing to the business's strategic decision
  • Establish and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools to ensure effective tracking and management of client interaction

Your Profile

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the packaging industry, with an emphasis on food and beverage market
  • Strong understanding of packaging solutions tailored for the food and beverage sector, and ability to translate customer needs into effective sales strategies
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of coaching and developing sales teams to achieve target
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and any additional Southeast Asian languages as a plus
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate market data, customer feedback, and sales performance metrics for informed decision-making
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
