Company Overview

Our Client Company is a well-established Engineering Solutions Provider for Semiconductor and High-Tech Manufacturers on setting up of Semiconductor Equipment, Facilities Systems as well as Factory Automation Solutions, with main customer base targeting on global semiconductor foundries and chipmakers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence within the assigned territory
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with key existing customers
  • Manage, coach, and collaborate with internal teams and regional counterparts to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction
  • Oversee sales activities including presentations, negotiations, and contract management to drive successful deal closures
  • Develop and implement short-term and long-term sales plans in line with overall company strategy
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine strategies and improve performance

Job Requirements


  • Possesses Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Engineering field.
  • Preferably with at least 8 years of experience in Sales Management / Technical Sales role in semiconductor sector, with proven sales record.
  • Strong technical knowledge and sales solutions insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to liaise with customers.
  • Ability to work independently, lead initiatives, and perform under pressure.
