Job Responsibilities
- Lead and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence within the assigned territory
- Identify and develop new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with key existing customers
- Manage, coach, and collaborate with internal teams and regional counterparts to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction
- Oversee sales activities including presentations, negotiations, and contract management to drive successful deal closures
- Develop and implement short-term and long-term sales plans in line with overall company strategy
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine strategies and improve performance
Job Requirements
- Possesses Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Engineering field.
- Preferably with at least 8 years of experience in Sales Management / Technical Sales role in semiconductor sector, with proven sales record.
- Strong technical knowledge and sales solutions insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to liaise with customers.
- Ability to work independently, lead initiatives, and perform under pressure.
