We are looking for a Sales Manager with at least 5 years of sales experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, expanding business opportunities, and supporting marketing initiatives in a dynamic environment. Experience in the solar industry will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate sales growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities.
- Manage and grow client relationships from initial contact through project completion.
- Conduct sales presentations and prepare proposals tailored to customer needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support project planning, execution, and delivery.
- Support marketing initiatives, campaigns, and promotional activities to generate leads.
- Assist in preparing quotations, tenders, and basic project documentation.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with project-based sales or solution selling is preferred.
- Basic understanding of solar or renewable energy projects will be an advantage.
- Prior experience in a solar company or solar-related projects is an added advantage.
