Job Description

The Sales Manager is required to sell a full range of Glory Global Solutions products and solutions including TCRs, TCDs, Quick Change, DTP, Tellerinfnity and connectivity software solutions to finance industry following Glory Global Solutions selling approach. In addition to core selling responsibilities, position will be required to support all timely corresponding sales administrative responsibilities (updating CRM, reports, call plans, collecting receivables on time, etc.) for this position

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development

  • Meet/exceed agreed sales targets and drive new sales streams
  • Regularly monitor accounts and markets for additional revenue opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong product knowledge to support ongoing business growth opportunities
  • Liaise with Business/Market development team, Sales Support team and Service team to leverage existing relationships and new prospects to deliver total product solutions

Customer Relationships

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with account stakeholders
  • Develop corrective action plans for customer problem solving when necessary
  • Ensure the smooth coordination of customer installations
  • At all times operate to support and strengthen the GGS brand with assigned customers

Business Planning

  • Develop comprehensive account plans for all accounts
  • Provide monthly reports on key accounts including accurate forecasts
  • Monitor market trends and identify potential revenue growth areas and risk mitigation strategies in response
  • Communicate customer feedback to key stakeholders for use in future revenue/product planning

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in relevant field

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Some experience of business-to-business consultative solution sales within the finance industry sector and/or sector where service levels are a key driver.
  • A thorough understanding of the financial institution environment and current trends/ challenges
  • Must have experience successfully following a structured sales process.
  • Position requires a hunter mentality with high level industry contacts
  • Qualified candidate possesses the ability to provide a solution based selling approach (versus only product selling) to senior level executives in the top end of the larger local and community businesses in their geography.
  • The ability to work independently, flexibly, and with a high degree of initiative
  • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer focus
  • Solid project management skills in the coordination of both internal and external resources
  • High level of integrity and work ethic
  • Strong aptitude for business case development
  • Proficient business writing and presentation skills and a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to work independently with a high sense of urgency
  • Strong influencing skills
