Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Kuala Lumpur at Damas Suites & Residences. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, identifying and securing business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include managing client accounts, leading sales initiatives, handling negotiations, overseeing contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives. The role also involves creating strategies to drive revenue growth and providing detailed reports on performance metrics and client feedback.
