We focus on designing, manufacturing, and installing cutting-edge automation equipment and systems and have successfully served numerous Fortune 500 companies and global leaders in various industries.

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead the growth of our Warehouse Automation Solutions business. The role is responsible for driving new business development, managing key accounts, and leading complex solution sales cycles involving robotics, sorting, WMS integration, conveyor systems, and end-to-end intralogistics automation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in warehouse automation and intralogistics solutions.
  • Develop strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and margin targets.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and industry engagement.
  • Expand market penetration across retail, e-commerce, manufacturing, FMCG, and 3PL sectors.

2. Solution Selling & Account Management

  • Lead consultative sales engagements, understanding customer operational challenges and proposing tailored automation solutions.
  • Coordinate with engineering, presales, and technical teams to develop system designs, proposals, and ROI justifications.
  • Manage long and complex sales cycles, including technical presentations, site visits, proof-of-concepts, and tender submissions.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and manage contract closure.

3. Stakeholder & Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with C-level executives, operations directors, supply chain heads, and warehouse managers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts and strategic partners.

4. Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in warehouse automation.
  • Participate in exhibitions, industry events, and customer seminars.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B solution sales experience, preferably in warehouse automation, intralogistics, robotics, WMS, ERP, or material handling systems.
  • Proven track record in managing long and complex sales cycles.
  • Strong commercial negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional technical teams.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Ability to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage.
