In addition, our portfolio extends across multiple creative brands, including sleepwear and Muslim streetwear, wedding props and interior design, creative artworks, digital & multimedia content, posters, and video production.
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the growth of our diverse brands and ensure strong market positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across all brands and services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with corporate clients, wedding planners, vendors, and private customers.
- Identify new market opportunities and secure business partnerships to expand the customer base.
- Lead proposal development, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay competitive.
Marketing
- Develop, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social media, offline, and event-based).
- Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistent brand identity across apparel, event props, interior, and creative segments.
- Manage digital presence including websites, social media platforms, online advertising, and content marketing.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging marketing materials such as posters, videos, and promotional campaigns.
- Plan product launches, exhibitions, and promotional events to increase visibility.
Leadership & Management
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales & marketing team to meet performance targets.
- Coordinate with the operations and creative teams to align business goals and client expectations.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, marketing reports, and performance metrics to management.
- Manage the department budget, ensuring cost-effective marketing and sales activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales & marketing, preferably within event services, fashion, creative, or lifestyle industries.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and growing brands.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
- Creative mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Possesses a pleasant personality, approachable, and customer-oriented.
- Can work independently with minimal supervision.
