We are scaling quickly in 2026 and looking for aSales & Marketing Coordinatorto strengthen our sales engine and grow our brand presence.
Job Responsibilities:
SALES COORDINATION
- Handle incoming enquiries (WhatsApp, website, FB/IG, calls)
- Update and maintain CRM database
- Assign leads & ensure follow-up is done
- Prepare quotations & proposals
- Schedule sales appointments, demos & meetings
- Coordinate with admin & technician on job flow
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
MARKETING COORDINATION
- Plan and schedule weekly social media content (IG, FB, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Work closely with the Graphic Designer to execute content
- Write captions and post content consistently
- Manage inbox & comment enquiries
- Organise before/after installation photos
- Assist in email or WhatsApp marketing campaigns
- Coordinate Google Ads leads & ensure fast response
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia)
- Organised, responsible, and proactive
- Comfortable using Google Sheets, Docs, Drive
- Able to handle multiple tasks at once
- Interest in sales & marketing
- Experience in sales/admin/marketing is a bonus
- Familiarity with IT products or tech solutions is a strong bonus
- Fresh graduates encouraged to apply (training provided)
