Sales Marketing Engineer

This is a full-time, on-site role for a professional located in Penang, Malaysia. The selected candidate will engage in day-to-day tasks such as conducting market research, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and driving sales initiatives. Daily responsibilities will also involve fostering strong communication with clients and colleagues and leveraging analytical skills to identify opportunities and optimize results.

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate data, identify patterns, and provide actionable insights.
• Expertise in market research for understanding industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive analysis.
• Excellent communication skills for clear and effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Experience in sales and marketing, with a successful track record in planning and executing campaigns.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with bulk material handling systems or related industries is advantageous.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive in achieving goals and solving problems.
