Job Descriptions :
- Expand our agency's existing market base.
Recruit, train, and develop a team of insurance agents.- Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Provide technical advice to help customers solve problems or improve their business.
- Experience in sales and marketing is advantageous, though product training will be provided.
Enjoy meeting and engaging with new prospects, and be target-driven and results-oriented.
Requirement :- Minimum Diploma in any field.
Adequate communication skills (written and oral) in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
Willing to travel outstation if necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,- 00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Schedule: - Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus
