Key Responsibilities
- Promote school programs and services to prospective parents and students.
- Handle enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, walk-ins, and social media.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and current clients.
- Conduct school tours for interested families and follow up after visits.
- Assist in planning and executing school events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional materials and digital campaigns.
- Maintain and update records of leads, prospects, and enrolments.
- Provide monthly sales and outreach reports to the management.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Studies, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in sales, preferably in education, services, or customer-focused industries.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Ability to read and write in Chinese is preferred.
- Confident, persuasive, and passionate about education.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools, email, and social media.
Able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
